The measuring module ValueMaster transforms your PC or Notebook into a full-fledged measurement device.
- The measurement values can be displayed, evaluated according to preset limits, and assessed gaphically.
- Using torque sensors with an integrated recognition chip the sensor-data of the connected sensor will be transferred automatically into the parameter setting.
- The measured values are stored in a txt-file and they can be compared to each other in several layers.
- An external activation of the device is possible with the control inputs.
- Using the switching outputs, optical signals or e.g. the shut-off of a nutrunner can be controlled with a separate power stack.
Customized software or special functions can be realized on demand.
Connections
Sensor 1: Aktive torque sensor with or without speed or angle detection, also with two measurement ranges.
Sensor 2: Aktive torque sensor without speed or angle detection, force or stroke sensor.
Using one-range-sensors both sensor ports can be connected to one sensor each at one time.
