MAINTAIN 12 BATTERIES AT PEAK READINESS
If you inventory or service multiple 12-Volt lead-acid batteries, the RediPulse Pro-12 keeps them as fresh as the day they were manufactured and is designed to maintain up to twelve lead-acid batteries (VRLA, AGM, gel and flooded cell) independently at the same time. The primary function of the Pro-12 is to preserve both new and restored batteries at peak charge levels by keeping the plates in like-new condition during storage. Unfortunately, batteries that sit unused continually discharge and are damaged by sulfate deposits. These sulfates systematically eat away at the battery and if left unmaintained cause reduced performance and life cycles leading to premature failure. Eighty percent of lead-acid batteries fail due to the damaging effect of sulfate build up resulting in breakdowns, increased costs and additional waste.
Fortunately, our patented Pulse Technology, developed and patented by PulseTech Products has proven effective in removing and preventing the buildup of damaging sulfate deposits on battery plates so the battery can accept, store and release maximum power all the time. This technology is an integral part of the Pro-12 and explains how this product helps batteries provide maximum performance and reliability. A continuous cycle of low amperage charging reverses the normal discharge rate and the high frequency patented Pulse Technology reduces sulfate buildup.
Using the Pro-12 is straight forward and doesn't require extensive training. Simply connect as many as twelve 12-Volt batteries from a single AC outlet safely with no sparking between the battery leads. An audible alarm sounds if a battery is connected improperly. The Pro-12 will initiate a self-test during which each of the 12 battery LED indicators will come on green, turn yellow and then red. Then the Pulse and Charge indicator LEDs will come on. Once the self-test is complete, the unit will begin cycling through each of the batteries connected. A red LED indicates the battery is discharged, yellow indicates marginal charge, and green indicates the battery is ready for issue.
The Pro-12 is a maintenance system and is not designed to operate on batteries below 11.5 volts. Batteries discharged below 11.5 volts should be recharged using the HD Rolling Charger (PRO-HD) or HD Pallet Charger (HD PC-12) prior to being connected to the Pro-12 for maintenance.
