The 7794DVP Sanitary Durafet III Mounting pH electrode can be installed with the help of molded tri-clamp flange, which is attached to the process piping. A sanitary gasket and clamp are required to complete the mounting. The molded tri-clamp is available in 1½-inch, 2-inch and 3-inch flange sizes.
Cable options are available for remote mounting to Honeywell’s UDA2182 Dual Input Analyzer. All cable options use the Vario Pin connector that provides an IP68, waterproof connection to the electrode.
The electrode’s response rate is 10 times faster than glass and therefore, has tighter process control. The sensor is highly stable, thereby requiring less frequent calibrations.
