This is an inverted fluorescence microscope incorporating an epifluorescence unit in the phase contrast microscope AXJ - 5350 TPH. It corresponds to three applications of fluorescence, bright field, and phase difference with one unit.
Lineup of 14 kinds of fluorescent filter cubes including four types of long pass fluorescent filter cubes (B, G, V, UV excitation) and 10 kinds of band pass fluorescent filter cubes selectable for each fluorescent reagent. You can choose fluorescent filter cubes according to reagents and uses such as GFP, FITC, DAPI and Alexa.
Three kinds (4 times, 10 times, 20 times) of each of the bright field exclusive objective lens and the phase difference exclusive objective lens are included as standard in total. A sharper microscopic image can be obtained by bright field observation compared with other manufacturers who use dual objective lens for bright field observation.
Total magnification corresponds to x40, x100, x200 (bright field / phase difference) widely used in biotechnology field. Up to three fluorescent filter cubes can be installed simultaneously. Switching of observation method can be done smoothly (eg fluorescence (G excitation) → fluorescence (B excitation) → fluorescence (UV excitation) → bright field → phase difference).
As standard, it has a C mount camera port (0.5 times), so shooting equipment can be easily installed. High quality plan Achromat objective lens, wide field eyepiece lens, long operating capacitor mounted, realizing a bright and clear image to every corner of the field of view.
