It restricts the heat generation of each sample and maintains their temperature around 10°C. Cryolys delivers higher yield and quality extraction. Easy-handling Thanks to the thermometer probe included with the Cryolys, precise temperature monitoring is possible before, during and after homogenization. The thermo-protection Cryolys unit enables the extraction of stable RNA and native-state proteins. Cold air, -50°C, is sprayed arouand each tube in order to keep them at a stable temperature of approximately 10°C during homogenization.
