Match Prediction Substrate correlation automatically compensates for slight differences in raw materials. You can sort best matches by weighted cost, metamerism or delta E. Dyestuff standards, formulations and batches can be viewed on-screen before going into production. Fixed single dyestuff usage permits technicians to set minimum and maximum dye concentrations, controlling dye usage at the point of formulation.
Quality Control The software handles QC for formulation, production and inspection of finished goods, Shade sort, search and tagging improves swatching efficiency. Other useful features include fast, easy batch control with command queue builder and automatic trial naming.
