Feature:
Duovec magnetization allows the unit to improve inspection efficiency by doing longitudinal and circular inspection at the same time.
As the unit allows to set the each current level of direct contact and coil magnetization separately, inspection can be performed in balance with the most suitable current level to parts to be inspected.
The unit performs contacting heads, spraying particle, magnetizing and moving back heads automatically. And this automatic cycle improves inspection efficiency and lowers burden to operators.
Stainless suspension tank, air contact system, constant current control system are available as option. ER-26YD is equipped with demagnetizing system.
