The 2-wire HMD82 transmitter measures relative humidity and temperature in ventilation ducts. The transmitter combines easy installation and reliable operation with low requirement for maintenance.
The HMD82 transmitter is optimized for easy installation. It contains no separate small parts that can get lost. All connectors are clearly labeled and the connectors are within easy reach. The transmitter is well suited to variable duct sizes.
The excellent stability of the sensors and high quality materials ensure that the HMD82 transmitter requires minimal maintenance. If needed, the Vaisala INTERCAP® sensor can be easily exchanged in the field with practically no downtime.
Optional output parameters, dew point, wet bulb temperature or enthalpy selections can be easily changed with dip switches when the enclosure is open.
You can choose an optional display.
Analog outputs are preset at the factory to:
- Channel 1: 4 ... 20 mA = 0 ... 100% RH
- Channel 2: 4 ... 20 mA = -40 ... +60 °C (-40 ... +140 °F) T
