The new mobile online colour measurement system ColorConsole is designed for manufacturers of plastic granules.
The measuring system, consisting of a rollable console cabinet with touchscreen PC and the proven ColorLite sph9i spectrophotometer is equipped with a d/0° stainless steel probe (optional with two measuring heads). The spectral sensors measure an area of 38 mm and can be mounted quickly and easily to the different measuring points. Through the digital interface sliders can be controlled, that automatically sort granules which are out range, in the production.
