Thông tin sản phẩm

Compared to the conventional cementing methods, the MultiCentric® Cementing Workstation reduces the cycle time significantly to less than 10s. This significant improvement is achieved thanks to the innovative measurement head. With the short cycle time the MultiCentric® Cementing Workstation paves the way to a significant increase in efficiency in the automated highprecision alignment and cementing process.

Key Features

  • Short cycle time of less than 10 seconds* for the active alignment of doublets
  • High-precision measurement of centration errors in reflection mode accurate to<0.1 μm
  • Alignment accuracy with SmartAlign technologybetter than 2 μm
  • Automatic alignment of the center of curvature of the upper lens surface to acustomer-defined axis using SmartAlign technology (coaxial alignment)
  • Automated process: measurement, alignment and UV curing are controlled by the software
  • Flexible, can be adapted to different lens sizes
  • Based on the proven OptiCentric® measurement system

  • Applications

    MultiCentric®
    The new MultiCentric® measuring head
    • Perfectly suited for the high-volume production of doublets
    • High-precision measurement of centration Errors
    • Automatic active alignment of two lenses
    • Lenses are aligned to the optical axis and can be fixed on the centering machine with the bell clamping method
    • Homogeneous UV curing

Alignment Units for the MultiCentric® Cementing

The MultiCentric® Cementing Workstation aligns and cements lens pairs quickly and accurately with an accuracy of better 2 µm. During the alignment process the upper lens is either aligned to the optical axis of the lower lens or to a mechanical axis, e.g. the axis of an arbor. To provide cementing solutions for all lens geometries and manufacturing processes TRIOPTICS offers different alignment units which can be placed on the OptiCentric® Cementing or MultiCentric® Cementing Workstation.

    Alignment Unit Standard
    Alignment Unit Standard

    Alignment Unit Standard

The Alignment Unit Standard aligns and cements lenses with a sample geometry of D/(2R) ≤ 0.7¹. The unit can be easily adapted to different lens sizes and is therefore more flexible when different doublets need to be aligned within short notice.

Technical Data of the Alignment Unit Standard

      Coaxial alignment (3 surfaces)
    Sample geometry ¹ D/(2R) ≤ 0.7
    Alignment accuracy Better 2 µm
    Lens diameters ² 4 - 90 mm
Time for change-over to other sample type (predefined set up) 10 s
Cycle time with MultiCentric® measurement head 10 s

¹ D = lens diameter, R = radius of curvature of the intermediate lens surface of the doublet

    Alignment Unit Advanced

The Alignment Unit Advanced was developed to overcome the limitations of the Alignment Unit Standard. All kinds of lenses can be aligned with this unit, including:

    • hemispherical lenses
    • lenses with D/(2R) > 0.7
    • doublets where the edge of the upper lens in not accessible
    • lenses with tight tolerances for cement wedge
