The UHF Digitizer is a bundle containing the UHFLI 600 MHz lock-in amplifier and the UHF-DIG Digitizer upgrade option.
The combination of Lock-in amplifier and Digitizer in one box along with the LabOne® toolset enables a wide range of new measurement opportunities utilizing continuous streaming, sophisticated cross-domain triggering and a segmented 128 MSa memory for each of the 2 Scope channels.
