The JL1400A utilizes the latest state-of-the-art micro processing to reduce confusion of uv light measuring units. The operating buttons are simple with all essential functions under microprocessor control. The user-friendly JL1400A opens up new applications in the health hazard, environmental, and photo therapy fields, while its technical sophistication still lends itself to industrial research and development applications. The JL1400A UV meter provides automatic ranging over seven decades. This model also offers exposure integration for periods up to 24 hours, which are required for controlling light sensitive exposure processes. For time variation studies and for data processing capabilities, the unit is equipped with an output port for connection to a data logger or to a computer. The JL1400A offers improved cosine spatial response for full immersion applications. An array of detectors are available for the ultraviolet, visible, and infrared spectra. Low profile probes for photo resist, UV curing, and other exposure applications are also available.
