With a Halogen quenched, energy-compensated GM tube for 0-2000 mR/hr range, you can assess radiation sources between 80-2000 keV accurately, without having to change detectors or the geometry of the position of the meter.
Measure Contamination Levels Without Having to Change Detectors
Equipped with a Neon and Halogen filled pancake GM tube that can detect 0-200, 0-20, 0-2 and 0-0.2 mR/hr ranges. It has an energy sensitivity for Alpha above 3.5 MeV, Beta above 35 keV, Gamma and X-ray above 6 keV. Also with meter scale in both mR/hr and cpm, you can determine contamination levels by direct frisk.
