- Qmax QT-PXI-95 is new generation PXI module designed to provide test solution for both Boundary Scan compliance devices and Non-Boundary scan devices. The system is provided with programmable Bi-directional Digital IO channels which are capable of drive and receive as per IEEE standard compliance and is fully synchronized with JTAG port pins. The use of virtual test pins and edge connector eliminates the need for expensive test fixture strategy. It employs unique continuous mode drive which reduces the testing time drastically and algorithm of bypassing specific set of channels to minimize the scan time is a supplementary enhancement included for best results. The Bidirectional IO digital channels can be used as functional test channels in Test Program Set (TPS) environment using edge connector as well. The expandability of digital IO channels per requirement based on number of slots in the PXI chassis in steps is a real value add to the module at all times
