LitePoint's IQnfc+ is a simple-to-setup and easy-to-use system that allows one-click operation to quickly characterize the NFC physical layer in the production lines. It also provides an intuitive GUI for detailed waveform analysis and flexible APIs to customize test flow in the labs. It supports both functional and RF parametric tests to screen for product defects: the functional test checks basic NFC functionalities through the use of standard protocols; whereas, the RF parametric test monitors the physical layer quality of the DUT.
