The indoor TEV sensor can be either magnetically attached or permanently bolted to the outer surface of metal‑clad switchgear, typically next to cable boxes or terminations.
The outdoor TEV sensor is fully weatherproof and can be permanently installed on the outer metalwork or earthed parts of HV cable sheathing.
