Mobile cartridge exhaust systems can support an exhaust arm that ranges from 2-4m. Arms can be flexible or rigid and can be configured to integrate with automated robotic systems.
Exhaust first enters the system and passes through baffling that stops large particles and glowing embers. Light dusts are drawn to the filters. After cleaning dusts fall from the filters into the dust bin below. The H-type rotary back flush nozzle in co-operation with the HISTec® ePTFE coated filter cartridge filtration is the perfect dust capturing system.
The electrostatic system can be mounted directly on the wall of the workshop. Herr can also supply a dedicated column that system can be directly fixed to. Cleaning is automatic and day to day maintenance is minimal.
