HERR mobile soldering exhaust purification system can handle the work loads of 10 or more handheld soldering stations. This system is most useful in the assembly line of PCB manufacturing. Soldering exhaust is purified by mechanical filtration and is equipped with activated carbon filters to remove chemical and odour elements. The industrial strength system is very effective at removing soldering fumes.
Features: The soldering exhaust purifier is available with fixed feet or with four lockable castor wheels. The latter allows the system to easily be repositioned. An indicator light tells the user when the filter must be replaced. The air flow is adjustable. This is useful if only a few soldering station are active. Understanding the system and its maintenance will facilitate problem free day to day operations. Systems are available with two motor formats and dual outlets depending on the number of work stations and the amount of exhaust needed at each station. In general it is estimated between 10 and 15 stations can be supported, but more are possible.
