For large-scale productions plants and assembly lines (such as in automobile engine production operations) the focus on a central exhaust system is an excellent choice. Large scale central electrostatic purifiers are the ideal choice due to their high filtration efficiency, large capacity and ease of maintenance. The final effect is that the purification operating costs are optimized. HERR central oil mist filter sytems have a modular design that allows stacking of systems on a central structure. Custom configurations are our speciality. Maintenance is simple and easy to do. Depending on the workshop conditions and exhaust characteristics, a mechanical or electrostatic filter system, can be created to achieve a large modular central system that will handle the needs of today and tomorrow. At the same time the system must have manageable start up and operational costs. According to the number of fume generating stations, the central purification system will require a corresponding number of filter modules that will share one or more large fans. With the addition of optional automatic air valves and an automatic frequency controler the system can achieve an optional energy saving efficiency.
