The pre-cutter is a machine for pre-cutting dicing tape according to the frame size.
By setting ordinary role tape and an empty sleeve into the tape holder and affixing the end of the tape to the empty sleeve, the tape can be automatically pre-cut in an approximate circular shape and wound by operating a switch.
Through performing continuous cutting in an approximate circular shape, waste between pre-cuts can be saved and the tape can be effectively utilized.
